Welcome to the online campus dedicated to the mini-course “Blind Tasting”.
The goal of this course is simple: to give you practical, effective tools to analyze a wine blind, and to guide you in filling out your tasting sheets as part of the EVE® Wine Tasting Masters international competition.
This competition brings together hundreds of participants from French-, English-, and Spanish-speaking countries.
You’ll taste six wine samples, each identified only by a number.
For every wine, you’ll complete a tasting sheet and try to guess its identity — grape variety, vintage, country, region, or appellation.
💡 Tip: beyond the accuracy of your answers, your reasoning matters! Points are also awarded for the quality of your analysis and the logic behind your conclusions.
